+### 1. **Wii U Chat Waiver**
+When attempting to use Wii U Chat, you may get an error message. This is normal. To achieve access to Wii U Chat, you must go on our website and agree to the disclaimer. After agreeing, restart your console. You will now be able to connect to Wii U Chat.
+
+Please note we are not responsible for anything that happens on Wii U Chat. To report people, we reply specifically on user reports, as there is no way to officially report someone outside of Miiverse.
+
+### 2. **Camera and Video Conduct** 
+While using the video feed, you must remain fully clothed and avoid displaying any imagery that is graphic, suggestive, or illegal. Your physical environment should be free of any prohibited materials that would be visible to the other caller.
+
+### 3. **Drawing Canvas Etiquette** 
+The real-time drawing feature should not be used to write slurs, draw NSFW imagery, or create flashing patterns intended to trigger photosensitivity issues in other players.

+### 4. **Call Solicitation and Harassment** 
+Repeatedly calling a user who has not answered or has previously declined your calls is considered harassment. If a user asks you to stop contacting them via Wii U Chat, you must respect their privacy immediately.

+### 5. **Recording and Privacy Consent** 
+Streaming or recording a Wii U Chat session without the verbal or written consent of the other participant is strictly prohibited. This is a private communication service, and users have a right to "off-the-record" conversations.

+### 6. **Exposing Personal Information (Doxing)** 
+Do not use the chat to share the private information of other community members (IP addresses, real names, or social media) to third parties. Likewise, do not use the video feed to show documents or screens containing your own sensitive data.

+### 7. **Malicious Packets and Software Tools** 
+Using external PC tools to "ping" Wii U consoles, force-open chat sessions, or send malformed drawing packets that cause the recipient's Wii U to freeze or crash is a permanent network-level offense.

+### 8. **Impersonation of Staff** 
+Do not use Mii costumes, backgrounds, or specific drawing styles to lead others to believe you are an official SPBR moderator or developer during a video call.
