Includes the following:

Health check service for server status on website
Friends api

Health check will be performed by the admin panel, which will be communicated to the website. This can also be vice versa, I haven't decided yet
This will be done using Reggie API ^

Friends api can be done using GRPC

RNEX has recieved an API for listing users and kicking PIDs. listing users will be used for a live player count which doubles as a healthcheck. friends API has also been completed and is public
